Shipping Regions

We currently ship to Spain and other European countries.

Shipping Fees

Within Spain:

• Tracked Shipping:

  • 1 or 2 items: €5.40

  • 3 or more items: €2.00

• Untracked Shipping: €1.00 (buyer assumes risk of loss)

Within Europe:

• Tracked Shipping:

  • 1 or 2 items: €7.00

  • 3 or more items: €4.00

• Untracked Shipping: €2.00 (buyer assumes risk of loss)

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–20 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Correos.

Order Tracking

Tracked shipments include a tracking number. Untracked shipments do not have tracking and carry a risk of loss.

Packaging

Postcards are packaged in a protective inner envelope and shipped inside a sturdy cardboard mailer to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Customs and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs for such cases will be covered by Mandanga.

For all other returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
